ROSS Engineering was successfully awarded the detail, fabrication, assembly, and installation of Unistrut utility level lateral pipe supports, delivering a robust and efficient support system for mechanical and process pipework within a live facility.

To optimise programme and meet critical client handover milestones, all supports were fabricated offsite, with production peaking at 11,000 metres of Unistrut per week. Each component was systematically labelled, surveyed, and installed with precision, ensuring full alignment with the onsite build sequence.

Our scope of works included:

  • Offsite fabrication and high-volume processing of Unistrut systems
  • Ground-mounted Unistrut racks, assembled and anchored into the floor slab
  • Ceiling-mounted Unistrut racks, bolted into pre-formed Unistrut tracks within the concrete slab
  • Full surveying, setting-out, and positional verification prior to installation
  • Digital quality documentation and handover certification
