ROSS Engineering delivered the temporary storage, transport, staging facility construction, and full installation and assembly of 200 advanced fabrication tools within a live semiconductor manufacturing facility.

Due to the sensitivity of the equipment and the requirement to complete all works within a fully operational cleanroom environment, a high level of logistical planning, handling precision, and installation control was required to ensure zero disruption to ongoing manufacturing operations.

This approach ensured the safe storage, controlled movement, accurate installation, and successful commissioning of all tools while maintaining continuous facility production.

Our scope of works included:

  • Temporary storage and controlled handling of all fabrication tools
  • Coordinated transport and delivery to site
  • Design and construction of a temporary staging and build facility
  • Precision positioning, installation, and assembly of 200 tools
  • Integration with existing services and production layouts
  • Full safety compliance and controlled execution within a live cleanroom environment
