ROSS Engineering delivered the design coordination, fabrication, and installation of structural support steelwork together with the installation of 3,000 m² of controlled-environment galvanised walling within a live operational facility.

Due to the requirement for the wall system to perform as both a controlled environmental barrier and a structural interface, a high level of engineering accuracy, installation precision, and coordination with multiple live services was required throughout the works.

This approach ensured full environmental performance, structural compliance, and the successful delivery of the installation while maintaining uninterrupted site operations.

Our scope of works included:

  • Design coordination and detailing of structural support systems
  • Fabrication and installation of primary and secondary structural steel
  • Installation of 3,000 m² of controlled-environment galvanised wall panels
  • Integration with existing building fabric and live services
  • Airtightness performance and quality assurance testing
  • Full safety compliance and phased works within a live environment
