Fabrication took place offsite in our steel fabrication facility. All steelwork was hot dipped galvanise, chosen for its corrosion-resistant properties before being finished in a Signal Yellow powder coat, suitable for the SubFab clean protocol setting. Each component was fabricated with precision and rigorously inspected to meet the clients’ strict standards. Upon completion, the ladders underwent expert installation by skilled professionals, who ensured precise alignment and a clash free integration to the existing catwalk system.
Throughout the process, strict adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations was paramount, guaranteeing the safety of personnel accessing elevated areas within the SubFab environment.
