ROSS Engineering delivered over 200 metres of MEP modular structural steel utility racks, fully fabricated, modularised, and pre-facilitated with services prior to installation. This modular approach significantly reduced on-site installation time while improving safety, quality, and programme certainty.

All racks were shop-fabricated under controlled conditions, with mechanical and electrical services installed offsite before being transported as complete modules for final positioning and connection on site.

Our scope of works included:

  • Detailed design and coordination of modular utility rack systems
  • Offsite fabrication of over 200m of structural steel racking
  • Pre-installation of mechanical and electrical services within each module
  • Full modularisation to reduce on-site works and installation risk
  • Controlled delivery, lifting, and final installation
  • Precision alignment and securement into the primary structure
  • Quality assurance, testing, and digital handover documentation
