ROSS Engineering delivered the fabrication and installation of 120 tonnes of structural steel, ship’s ladders, 400 metres of handrail, and 60 m² of Conform decking as part of a new water treatment plant development.

Due to the critical nature of the facility and the requirement for safe access across multiple operational levels, a high level of fabrication quality, installation accuracy, and safety management was required to ensure full compliance with operational and regulatory standards.

This approach ensured the safe delivery of all access systems, long-term durability of installed structures, and full compliance with site safety and operational performance requirements.

Our scope of works included:

  • Fabrication and installation of 120 tonnes of structural steel
  • Supply and installation of ship’s ladders for multi-level access
  • Installation of 400 metres of compliant safety handrail systems
  • Installation of 60 m² of OD Conform industrial decking
  • Full integration with process structures and access platforms
  • Compliance with all safety, environmental, and industry standards
